More About My Nutrition Background
My wellness journey began in my college years, when I was inspired by my first encounter with a nutritionist for my own chronic illness. And more recently, nutrition therapy has also been extremely beneficial in managing my POTS symptoms.
Throughout my time working in nutrition, I’ve enjoyed developing amazing personal connections with my patients and their loved ones.
My experience includes community nutrition, several long-term care and rehab centers and hospitals, including with Kidney and Liver Transplant Nutrition at Yale. The last 8 years, I had the privilege to support people living with diabetes and their caretakers at Medtronic.
Since partnering with a wide variety of people, I understand that there can be many different challenges in making changes. Therefore, we will take all factors into account, using a non-diet, personalized approach.
Feel free to contact me with any questions and to set up a complimentary call to determine if we are a good fit!
